For a few years now I have been struggling with a full time job as a chef. I wouldn’t mind this, but it can be hard to motivate yourself when you are cooking great food and all of the profit is going into someone else’s pocket! I know that I am a good cook, and I work hard, so I just think that I probably deserve a bit more than I get.
Something I have always wanted to do is to start my own business. I never knew what I would like to do, but after working as a chef for the past five years I know that I will only be fulfilled if I stay in this industry.
Of course, opening your own restaurant is something of an expensive business so I decided to try something a little bit smaller in terms of finance, but something that could lead me to owning a restaurant at a later date. I decided to try and buy a cateringtrailerburgervan.co.uk so that I could start my business.
If I managed to find something like this then I would be able to get going in my job in no time. It was obviously a cheaper option than finding a restaurant and somehow raising enough money to be able to open it. The only problem was that I didn’t know anything about starting up this sort of business, but I came across a great website which told me everything I needed to know about finding a catering burger van and how to start up a business using one.
Once I had digested all of the information I set about finding myself a van and six months later and I had quit my job and started to work for myself! So far I am doing a roaring trade and it won’t be long before I have made enough money to start up that Restaurant I have been dreaming of!

In today’s economic climate many of us are trying new and innovative ways to save money in an attempt to weather the current economic storm. With no sign of the current problems declining, never mind reversing anything that can save money is worth consideration. The greatest long-term costs of the average household come from the running of a motor vehicle. Many costs are associated with running a vehicle including servicing, road tax, insurance and fuel to name but a few but by far the most financially consuming is the cost of fuel.

With the price of oil steadily rising along with the associated fuel prices for the consumer, there does not seem to be any hope at all of a reversal of this inflated price. What options are there for road users to reduce the cost of fuel? A hybrid car could be purchased but they tend to be very expensive and to a large extent are still experimental in their technology. A highly fuel efficient diesel could be an option but compared to a third option it still consumes large amounts of fuel. What is this third option? A motorbike!

How do motorbikes present such an attractive option to save money? With fuel prices as they are the motorbike provides an option much more viable than the car. As they are very much smaller and therefore lighter than cars they consume much less fuel than cars and therefore save riders large sums of money over car users. What is more, a motorbike will provide the user with a much more enjoyable driving experience than a car ever could. So if saving money on fuel through using a motorbike appeals to you, consider Carole Nash motorbike insurance to further enhance your savings today!
